Several factors can cause the Christie Projector remote control to malfunction. First, ensure the batteries are working. Also, ensure that there are no obstructions between the projector and the remote, and that you are within the maximum operating range of 16.4 feet (5m). Verify that the remote control code matches the projector's code, and the ON/OFF switch on the remote is set to ON. Finally, confirm that the Key lock function for the remote control is unlocked. Note that the wireless remote control will not operate when the remote control cable is connected to the projector.
