Possible direct truble shooting for the customer
Do not call the technical service, unless you have in advance given a look at the following list of interventions.

FAULT CAUSE REMEDY
Leak from filterholder rim. Filterholder gasket dirty with coffee dregs. Clean with brush.
Too quick coffee delivery. Adjust a finer grinding.
Too old coffee. Change.
Water leak under unit. Drain bowl clogged. Clean.
Drain tray hole clogged. Clean.
