Troubleshooting Bluetooth Imager and Cradle Connection

Ensure Battery and Installation Status

Verify the Imager battery is charged and correctly installed, and the Imager/Cradle are uninstalled.

Reset Imager and Cradle Buttons

Press the Imager reset button and the cradle multi-function button to initiate pairing.

Verify LED Indicators and Rescan Pair Mode

Check cradle LEDs for alternating red/green, rescan 'Pair Mode', and place Imager onto cradle within 10 seconds.
