1a Shift:R Tour Mount the levers on your handle bar in your ergonomically
preferred position. Fasten the hex screws with a maximum clamping
torque of 2.5 Nm. If you have to disassemble the lever, tighten the TX25
bolt with a torque of 5 Nm (44 IN LB) and use intermediate bolt adhesive.
1b Shift:R Road Pull back the rubber hood to expose the 5 mm hex head
clamping nut – loosen and slide onto bar. Place the levers in an appropriate
position and tighten to 4-6 Nm (35-53 IN LB). Route the brake hose along
the handlebar. There should be no kinks or bends that collapse the
housing. You can adjust the reach of the blade by 2 mm Allen key to suit
your preference.
