How to increase chlorine output in CircuPool Water Filtration Systems?
    • G
      garygrayAug 15, 2025
To address low or no chlorine in your pool when using CircuPool Water Filtration Systems, consider these solutions: Increase the output level, as this is often needed with rising temperatures. Increase the system's run time to at least one hour for every 10 degrees of ambient temperature, ensuring the filter turnover is 1.5 to 2 times. If there's heavy pool use, inclement weather, or organic matter present, activate the Super CL mode or chemically shock the pool. Inspect the flow switch to ensure sufficient water flow and verify that the cell is not dirty, clogged, scaled, or has mineral build-up. Also, make sure the system is turned on.

What to do if my CircuPool Water Filtration System has no power?
    • D
      David MerrittAug 18, 2025
If your CircuPool Water Filtration System has no power, first, ensure the system is turned on and that the circulation pump is active. Check the house circuit breaker. If the reset has tripped, allow one hour for it to cool.

Why is the Check Cell LED on in my CircuPool Water Filtration System?
    • X
      xmanningAug 21, 2025
The Check Cell LED on your CircuPool Water Filtration System may indicate that it's time to clean the electrolytic cell, or that the salinity is out of range. It could also mean that the cell efficiency has been greatly reduced due to inadequate water flow, or the cell is damaged/worn. Verify the salinity and the Cell Version.

What to do if there's low chlorine after installing CircuPool Water Filtration Systems?
    • D
      Daniel CarneyAug 25, 2025
If you experience low or no chlorine residual after installing your CircuPool Water Filtration System, raise the system to 100% output and run continuously to achieve sufficient chlorination. Double-check all connections and verify the system runs in sync with the circulation pump. If water chemistry wasn't balanced prior to installation, run the system at 100% output.

How to fix Water Flow LED on CircuPool Water Filtration Systems?
    • K
      Kara ColeAug 28, 2025
If the Water Flow LED is on for your CircuPool Water Filtration System, verify that the pump is set to run with the salt system. Check the cable connector and ensure the red arrow on the Flow Sensor points in the correct direction of water flow. Make sure there is no air in the cell or flow sensor. If you have a variable speed pump, increase the RPMs to trigger the Flow Sensor and keep the cell filled with water. Also, verify correct orientation, ensure the cable is plugged in, and that there's 6-12" of straight pipe before the Flow Switch.

What does it mean when the Check Cell LED is flashing on CircuPool Water Filtration Systems?
    • M
      Michelle MartinAug 31, 2025
A flashing Check Cell LED on your CircuPool Water Filtration System may indicate that the cell is near the end of its lifespan.

How to fix a water leak in CircuPool Water Filtration Systems?
    • M
      Molly ScottSep 3, 2025
To fix a water leak in your CircuPool Water Filtration System, ensure O-Rings are clean and in good condition. Inspect threads for damage and make sure each screws back on without resistance, as threaded collars may be cross-threaded or pipes misaligned.

    Shaun NicholsSep 6, 2025
Why does the cell in my CircuPool Water Filtration Systems frequently have mineral buildup?
    • K
      Kirk SmithSep 7, 2025
Frequent mineral buildup in your CircuPool Water Filtration System's cell is often due to imbalanced water chemistry. Ensure that your Saturation Index is at or near zero to prevent damage or premature cell failure.

    Lisa MurphySep 12, 2025
Why does the cell in my CircuPool Water Filtration Systems never have mineral buildup?
    • L
      Lisa WaltonSep 12, 2025
If the cell in your CircuPool Water Filtration System rarely has mineral buildup, it may be because the water is corrosive due to imbalanced water chemistry. Ensure that your Saturation Index is at or near zero to avoid damage or premature cell failure.
