LIMITED WARRANTY CIRO MAZZONI RADIOCOMUNICAZIONI snc
What this Warranty covers and for how long:
Ciro Mazzoni Radiocomunicazioni snc (“Mazzoni”) warrants the Mazzoni manufactured LOOP
ANTENNA by I3VHF(“Product”), including all devices of the LOOP ANTENNA original accessories
(“Product”) against material defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a
period of two (2) years from the date of purchase by the end user, as proved by the original
invoice/receipt.
Mazzoni, at its option, will at no charge either repair the Product (with new or reconditioned parts),
replace it with the same equivalent Product (using new or reconditioned Product). All replaced parts of
the Product shall become the property of Mazzoni.
This limited warranty is given by Mazzoni to the original end user purchaser and is not assignable or
transferable to any other party. This is the complete warranty for the Product manufactured by Mazzoni.
Mazzoni assumes no obligations or liability for additions or modifications to this warranty unless made
in writing and signed by any legitimate Mazzoni employee associate. Unless made in a separate written
agreement between Mazzoni and the original end user purchaser, Mazzoni does not warrant the
installation, maintenance or service of the Product.
Mazzoni cannot be responsible in any way for any ancilliary equipment not furnished by Mazzoni, which
is attached to or used in connection with the Product, or for operation of the Product with any ancilliary
equipment, and all such equipment is expressly excluded from this warranty.
General Provisions:
This warranty sets forth the full extend of Mazzoni’s responsibilities regarding the Product. Repair or
replacement, at Mazzoni’s option, is the exclusive remedy. This warranty is given in lieu of all other
express warranties. Mazzoni disclaims all other warranties or conditions, express or implied, including
the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and
infringement. In no event shall Mazzoni be liable for damages for any loss of use, loss of time,
inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits or savings or other incidental, special, indirect or
consequential damages, injuries or health effects of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use
such Product, to the full extent such may be disclaimed by law. Users of Mazzoni’s Products in all
respects are considered to be fully aware of the consequences of the use of the Product and explicitly
knowledgeable by the manual which is part of the Product.
How to get warranty service:
The purchaser has to inform Mazzoni’s representative in the specific Country where the Product has
been purchased, within the applicable warranty period for information regarding warranty service
