Installation Procedures
Step 5 Use a flat-head screwdriver and a counterclockwise motion to open the grounding terminal connector on
the power terminal block. This step ensures that the correct opening is presented for the wires. (See
Figure 4-5.)

Step 6 Insert one end of the grounding wire into the grounding receptacle, which is the bottom receptacle in the
power terminal block connector (Callout 3 in Figure 4-6). The stripped part of the wire must be fully
inserted into the terminal block so that no bare wire is exposed.

Step 7 Verify that no wire strands are left outside the connector.
