Step 4 Click Restore.
Step 5 If you specified a certificate passphrase with which to encrypt the certificates when you created the
backup file, ASDM prompts you to enter the passphrase.
Step 6 If you chose to restore the running configuration, you receive a dialog box asking if you if you want to
merge the running configuration, replace the running configuration, or skip this part of the restoration
process.
