The hands do not move
even if the watch is
charged.
Charge the watch by exposing it to direct
sunlight for five to six hours. If the problem is
not solved after fully charging, and following
the all reset and reference procedures, contact
your nearest Citizen Authorized Service Center
for further assistance.

An alarm does not sound.
When the watch is in the two-second interval
movement due to insufficient charging, an
alarm does not operate. Charge the watch.
