Reception of radio waves can be affected by weather conditions or the reception
environment at that time. Citizen provides support for those persons who are unable to
successfully receive radio waves despite following the indicated procedure for radio
wave reception by preparing maps indicating the direction by which radio waves are
emitted from radio wave transmitter stations.
