Removal
Open the upper tailgate.
Detach the parcel shelf cords.
Pull fi rmly downwards to disen-
gage the hinge pivots.

Refi tting
Open the upper tailgate.
orient the underside of the shelf towards you.
introduce the two hinge pivots into the apertures located on the upper
tailgate trim.
attach the cords (on the right hand side: take care to pass the cord to
the outside of the upper tailgate strut, positioning the ball

between the boot attachment

and the tailgate hinge

Do not place any hard or heavy item on the shelf.
These could be dangerous if thrown around during harsh braking or, if
they touch the rear screen, could damage the heating elements.
