7. Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
The product
does not work.
The product is not turned on. Press the on/off button to turn
on the product.
The battery is not charged. Fully charge the battery.
The battery
icon blinks.
The battery is not sufciently
charged.
Fully charge the battery.
The display is
on but product
does not move.
The battery charge is low
(the battery indicator shows
1 or 2 bars). Product enters a
safety mode.
Change speed gear to 1,
return home and fully charge
the battery.
The headlight
does not turn
on.
The product is not turned on. Press the on/off button to turn
on the product.
The headlight is damaged. Contact the service hotline
provided on the warranty
card.
8. Warranty
This product is shipped with a warranty card. If the product has manufacturing
defects, is damaged or if it was dropped, do not use it. Contact the service hotline
provided on the warranty card.
