Theletter buttons have thefollowing functions:
M = MODE
L = LIGHT
S = START
R = RESET
Setting thetime and date
1. While in time display mode, press M three times.
Theseconds will flash.
2. Press S to reset theseconds to zero.
3. Press R. Theminutes will flash.
4. Press or hold in S to set theminutes.
5. Press R. Thehours will flash.
6. Press or hold in S to set thehours. Press until “A” or “P”
appears in thecentre circle for 12-hour clock display or
press until “H” appears for 24-hour clock display.
7. Set thedate (month and day) in thesame way.
8. Press M to return to thetime display mode.
9. Hold in S if you wish to view theset date.
Stopwatch
1. While in time display mode, press M once. Thestopwatch
will appear.
2. Press S to start and stop thetimekeeping, press R to zero
thestopwatch once it has been stopped.
Split times
1. Press R while timekeeping to take asplit time. Thestopwatch
continues in thebackground. Press R again to resume
thetimekeeping. Thesplit time taking function can be
repeated as many times as required.
2. Press S to stop timekeeping and press R to zero thestopwatch.
Setting thealarm
1. While in time display mode, press M two times.
Thehours will flash.
2. Press or hold in S to set thehours.
3. Press R. Theminutes will flash.
4. Press or hold in S to set theminutes.
5. Press M to return to thetime display mode.
6. Hold in R to display theset alarm time.
7. Press S or R to switch off thealarm when it sounds.
Activate/deactivate thealarm
Thealarm activates automatically when thealarm time is set.
Analarm symbol appears. To deactivate the alarm, hold in R and
quick-press S. To reactivate the alarm, hold in R and press S again.
Activating/deactivating the hourly chime
To activate thechime, hold in R and quick-press M. To deactivate,
hold in R and press M again. When thechime is activated,
all thedays of theweek are shown until you release R.
When thechime is deactivated, none of thedays of theweek
are shown.
Backlight
Press L to switch thebacklight on. Thelight will automatically
go out after afew seconds.
Care and maintenance
• Clean theproduct using alightly moistened cloth. Use only
mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Never try to open thecasing.
• Do not press thebuttons when thewatch is under water.
• If there is any moisture inside thewatch, contact our
customer service department immediately. Moisture inside
thewatch could cause damage to themetal parts.
• Thewatch can withstand some rough treatment, but do not
expose it to unnecessary blows.
• Do not expose thewatch to extreme temperatures.
Responsible disposal
This symbol indicates that this product should
not be disposed of with general household
waste. This applies throughout theentire EU. In
order to prevent any harm to theenvironment
or health hazards caused by incorrect waste
disposal, theproduct must be handed in for
recycling so that thematerial can be disposed
of in aresponsible manner. When recycling
