Troubleshootingguide
Thespeaker will not
switchon.
Check that you have switched thespeaker on
theright way, refer to theOperating instructions –
On/off sectionabove.
Depending on which power source you have selected
for thespeaker:
- Thebattery might beflat. Recharge thebattery.
- Make sure that themains lead is undamaged and
is securely connected to both theelectrical socket
and thespeaker.
- Check that theelectrical socket islive.
No sound when
anexternal device
is connected to
thespeaker via
Bluetooth.
Check thevolume and play/pause status on both
theexternal device and speaker.
Make sure that theBluetooth connection has been
properly established.
Test theplayback of thefile on theBluetooth device
on its own to make sure it works before connecting it
to thespeaker.
Try using anotherfile. Thefile you are attempting to
play may be incompatible or damaged.
Make sure that no other wireless devices are
disrupting thecurrent Bluetooth connection.
No sound from
theexternal device
connected via
theAUDIO INPUT
socket.
Check for sufficient volume level on theconnected
device and thespeaker.
Check theplay/pause button on theconnected
device.
Check that thecable connecting thedevice and
thespeaker is undamaged and securely connected.
Test theplayback of thefile on thedevice itself before
connecting it to thespeaker.
Try using anotherfile. Thefile you are attempting to
play may be incompatible or damaged.
No sound from
theconnected
microphone.
Check that the speaker is in AUX mode.
Check thevolume.
Check that thecable connecting themicrophone and
thespeaker is undamaged and securely connected.
No sound from
theconnected
instrument.
Check that the speaker is in AUX mode.
Check thevolume on thespeaker and theconnected
instrument.
Check that thecable connecting theinstrument and
thespeaker is undamaged and securely connected.
