  There are several reasons why your Cleanmaxx Vacuum Cleaner might have low suction force. The collecting container might be full, so you should empty it. The filter could be heavily clogged; try cleaning it. Also, the suction opening or nozzle might be blocked. If so, switch off the device and remove the blockage. It is also possible that some smaller items will remain stuck to the carpet or will be too big/heavy to be picked up by the device.
