Disposal
Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally friendly manner so that
it can be recycled.
The battery should be removed prior to disposal of the device and disposed of
separately from the device at a suitable collection point.
The device is governed by the European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electri-
cal and electronic equipment (WEEE). Do not dispose of the device as normal
domestic waste, but rather in an environmentally friendly manner via an offi cially
approved waste disposal company.
Removing the Battery
1. Undo the two screws on both cleaning feet (6) using a screwdriver and remove the
cleaning feet.
2. Undo the ten screws on the bottom of the main unit (5) and carefully remove it.
3. Press the release button on the plug connection and undo the plug connection.
4. Remove the battery and dispose of it separately.
