Connect to app
1. Find and install the app “Smart life – Smart living” on
App store or Google Play.
2. Register an account in the app or log in to an existing account.
3. Press “Add device” in the app, go to “Small home appliances”
and choose “Curtain (wi-fi)”.
4. Enter your 2.4 GHz wifi name and password.
5. Press and hold the Up button and the Stop button on the
main unit until the Up button indicator starts to flash blue.
Confirm the flashing in the app.
Before controlling the blind in the app, you must manually set open and
close limits. The motor will not answer to the app before this is done.
Set the open and close positions
1. Press the Up button until the blind goes to your wanted open position.
Press the Stop button.
2. Press and hold the Stop button for about 5 seconds,
until the indicator above the Stop button starts to flash red.
3. Press the Down button until the blind goes to your wanted close
position. Press the Stop button.
The setting is now finished. Open the app to make sure that the blind moves
according to the settings you just made. When you press open or close in
the app, the blind will go to the set point for the open or close position.
Set a schedule
Open the app and go to More -> Schedule. Here you can choose when the
blind should open and close. It is possible to set 30 schedules.
Reset to factory settings
Press and hold the Up and Down buttons for about 12 seconds until the
corresponding indicators flash red, blue and green 2-3 times. Press the Stop
button again to finish the factory reset. The motor will diconnect from the
app.
Troubleshooting
The blind does not move in the direction set in the app.
Alt. 1: Press and hold the Up button for 6 seconds until the Up button
indicator flashes blue. The blind will then move in the opposite direction.
Alt. 2: Open the app and go to “More” -> “Motor direction” and reset the
open and close positions. Set the open and close positions for the blind
again according to the instructions under "Set the open and close positions".
The motor does not respond to the app.
Make sure the open and close positions are set before trying to control the
motor in the app.
The motor cannot connect to the app.
Alt. 1: Make sure your device is connected to a 2.4 GHz wifi with a stable
connection. If you have a dual-band router, your device can automatically
connect to the 5 GHz wifi.
Alt. 2: Reset the motor according to the instructions under Reset.
The motor does not respond to the remote control.
Make sure the battery is correctly inserted in the remote and that the remote
control pairing was successful.
