This document provides an installation guide for Clevertouch electrical height-adjustable units, specifically "LIGHT" systems designed for wall-mounted and mobile use with displays up to 86 inches.
Function Description:
The Clevertouch units are motorized lift systems for interactive monitors and boards, designed to provide adjustable height for optimal viewing and interaction. They are available in mobile, floor-standing, and wall-mounted configurations. The system allows for easy up and down movement of the display, controlled by an operating unit. The "LIGHT" frame installation is a key component, securing the display to the adjustable column.
Important Technical Specifications:
- Maximum Load: The unit has a maximum load capacity of 150 kg (330 lbs).
- Maximum Additional Load: External units (interactive monitors, boards, etc.) with a weight higher than 120 kg (264 lbs) or those not certified by Clevertouch should not be mounted.
- Power Supply: Connects to a free accessible 110 – 230 V / 50 Hz grounded power outlet.
- Safety Distance: A safety distance of at least 20 cm (7.9 inches) from any part of the unit to any other fitment is required during movement to avoid shear traps or squeezing points.
- Mounting Hardware:
- Mobile Systems (V-Stand): Connects the trolley to the column using 4 x lens head Allen screws with flange M8 x 40 mm.
