Removing the Fan Unit
1. Turn off the computer, turn it over, remove the battery (page 2 - 5), the component bay cover (page 2 - 7) and
CPU (page 2 - 14).
2. Remove screws - and disconnect the cable (Figure 13a).
3. Carefully lift the fan unit off the computer (Figure 13c
).
4. Reverse the process to install a new fan unit.
5. When re-inserting the fan unit, pay careful attention to its alignment.
