PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES EASY SOLUTION
No Power.

Unit is not plugged into
wall socket.
•
One of the units product safety
features has been activated.
•
Check connection to wall socket.
•
Check indicator lights to determine
which safety feature has been
activated. If no lights, unplug
unit and wait five minutes before
restarting and operating appliance.
If problem persists call customer
care.
No Air.
•
Unit is not plugged into wall socket
•
Humidity ratio (if set) has been
reached.
•
Air outlet blocked.
•
Water Reservoir is full.
•
1. Check connection to wall socket
•
Wait 30 minutes, turn unit back on.
•
Ensure there are no objects
obstructing air outlet.
•
Empty water reservoir.
Unit Overheating.
•
Air ventilation around unit
not sufficient.
•
Humid Air Inlet or air outlet is being
obstructed or blocked by foreign
objects.
•
Internal malfunction.
•
There must be at least 30cm between
unit and wall or other appliances.
•
Ensure there are no object
obstructing the air intake grille or
air outlet
•
Return unit to service agent. Call
customer care.
Loud Noise.
•
Unit not on a level flat surface.
•
Faulty internals.
•
Reposition or relocate unit onto a flat
surface.
•
Call customer care.
Water at Base of Unit.
•
Water reservoir not installed
correctly.
•
Continuous drainage hose not
connected to spigot properly.
•
Continuous drainage hose outlet
not over water drain.
•
Reinstall water reservoir.
•
Check hose connection.
•
Check hose outlet is flowing into
water drain.
Beeping Alarm Noise.
•
Water Reservoir is Full.
•
Ambient temperature is either less
than or equal to 0°C or greater than
or equal to 40°C.
•
Remove and empty water reservoir
•
Turn off unit and restart, or if unit
is in defrost mode , allow unit to
complete function and cycle.
Troubleshooting
