8. TROUBLE SHOOTING
You can solve many common air conditioner problems easily, saving you the cost of a possible service call.
Try the suggestions below to see if you can solve the problem before calling the servicer.
PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Appliance doesn’t work
 Not plugged in
 The appliance is turned off
 The circuit breaker tripped or a blown fuse
 Timer (« TIMER » mode) hasn’t been
corrected set
 Water full alarm is on
Cooling function (« COOL » mode) of the
appliance is not efficient
 Check if nothing is blocking air inlet/outlet
 Make sure that there is no heat source in the
room
 Strainers are too dirty and covered by dust
 Set temperature is not appropriate
 Fan speed set in not the correct one
Appliance seems to make too much noise
 Make sure that you have correctly removed
all packing material
 Make sure that the air conditioner is stable
and level
 Make sure that the surface on which your
appliance is perfectly flat
« E1 » error code
 There is abnormal sense of coil pipe sensor
« E2 » error code
 There is abnormal sense of room
temperature sensor
« E4 » error code
 The cooling system is in anti-frost protection
« FL » error code
 The air conditioner is in water full alarm state
