Why does my ClimateMaster Tranquility Low-Profile Water Pump unit short cycle?
    • C
      Carla WatsonAug 18, 2025
Your ClimateMaster Water Pump might be short cycling due to a dirty air filter, being in test mode, being oversized for the space, or compressor overload. Check and clean the air filter. Reset power or wait 20 minutes for auto exit from test mode. Check the unit sizing for the actual load of the space. Check the compressor and replace it if necessary.

Why does only the fan run on my ClimateMaster Tranquility Low-Profile Water Pump?
    • A
      Andrew SimonAug 23, 2025
If only the fan runs on your ClimateMaster Water Pump, ensure the thermostat is set for heating or cooling operation. Check for lockout codes and reset power. Check the compressor overload and replace if necessary. Also, check thermostat wiring at the heat pump. Jumper Y and R for compressor operation in test mode. Check if the unit is running on low temperature below LT1 and LWT limits.

What causes LP/LOC Fault Code 3 on a ClimateMaster Tranquility Low-Profile Water Pump?
    • C
      Chad HernandezAug 26, 2025
If your ClimateMaster Water Pump displays LP/LOC Fault Code 3, it indicates low pressure or loss of charge. Check for refrigerant leaks. Check switch continuity and operation, and replace if necessary. Check if JW3 is cut on CXM2 to avoid the system looking for the incorrect LP switch. Also, check the charge and start-up water flow.

What does LT1 Fault Code 4 mean for my ClimateMaster Tranquility Low-Profile?
    • D
      Donna PerryAug 27, 2025
If your ClimateMaster Water Pump shows LT1 Fault Code 4, indicating a low temperature limit on the water coil, it could be due to: reduced or no water flow in heating (check pump or water valve operation/setting), a plugged strainer or filter (clean or replace), or improper water flow (adjust to proper flow rate). Check the flow switch, antifreeze density with a hydrometer, and ensure proper water temperature. Clip JW3 jumper for antifreeze (10°F [-12°C]) use. Check flow switch is operating correctly. Check temp and impedance correlation per chart.

What does LT2 Fault Code 5 on my ClimateMaster Tranquility Low-Profile Water Pump mean?
    • A
      Anthony HebertAug 30, 2025
If your ClimateMaster Water Pump displays LT2 Fault Code 5, indicating a low temperature limit on the air coil, it could be due to reduced or no air flow in cooling (check for a dirty air filter and clean or replace), issues with the fan motor operation and airflow restrictions, or excessive external static. Also, check if the air temperature is out of range. Ensure the temperature limit setting is correct (25°F [-4°C] for normal airside applications). Check temp and impedance correlation per chart.

What should I do if my ClimateMaster Water Pump shows Low Water Flow Code 13?
    • G
      gregory12Sep 1, 2025
Low Water Flow Code 13 on your ClimateMaster Water Pump indicates reduced or no water flow. Check pump or valve operation/ setting. Check water flow adjust to proper flow rate. Check the Y strainer for clogs and replace the mesh. Check antifreeze density with a hydrometer. Also, confirm applied flow to loops vs min. flow switch setpoint on label.

Why is the Leaving Water Temperature Low Code 14 appearing on my ClimateMaster Water Pump?
    • G
      gutierrezcynthiaSep 3, 2025
If your ClimateMaster Water Pump displays Leaving Water Temperature Low Code 14, it suggests reduced or no water flow in heating. Check pump or valve operation/ setting. Check water flow adjust to proper flow rate. Check antifreeze density with a hydrometer. If using antifreeze, clip the JW3 jumper for antifreeze (15°F [-9°C]) use. Ensure the water temperature is within the design parameters. Check temp and impedance correlation per chart.

What does Condensate Fault Code 6 mean on my ClimateMaster Water Pump?
    • M
      matthewriceSep 6, 2025
Condensate Fault Code 6 on your ClimateMaster Water Pump indicates a condensate issue. Check for a blocked drain and clean it. Check trap dimensions and location ahead of vent. Ensure proper piping slope away from the unit and slope of the unit toward the outlet. Check vent location. If there's moisture on the sensor, check for moisture shorting to the air coil. Replace the air filter. Find and eliminate any restrictions and increase the return duct and/or grille size.

What causes Over/Under Voltage Code 7 on a ClimateMaster Water Pump?
    • D
      dgarciaSep 8, 2025
Over/Under Voltage Code 7 on your ClimateMaster Water Pump indicates a voltage issue. If it's an undervoltage issue, check the power supply and 24VAC voltage before and during operation. Also, check the power supply wire size and the 24VAC and unit transformer tap for correct power supply voltage. If it's an overvoltage issue, check the power supply voltage and 24VAC before and during operation. Also, check the 24VAC and unit transformer tap for correct power supply voltage.

What does Unit Performance Sentinel Code 8 mean for ClimateMaster Tranquility Low-Profile Water Pump?
    • L
      Luis LambertSep 12, 2025
Unit Performance Sentinel Code 8 on your ClimateMaster Water Pump indicates a performance issue. In heating mode with LT2 exceeding 125°F [52°C], check for poor air flow or an overcharged unit. In cooling mode with LT1 exceeding 125°F [52°C] or LT2 below 40ºF [4ºC], check for poor water flow or air flow.
