Why does only the compressor run on my ClimateMaster Tranquility Low-Profile Water Pump?

If only the compressor runs on your ClimateMaster Water Pump, check the G wiring at the heat pump and jumper G and R for fan operation. Check for Line voltage across BR contacts. Check fan power enable relay operation (if present). Check for line voltage at motor and the capacitor. Check thermostat wiring at heat pump. Jumper Y and R for compressor operation in test mode.
