Set-up
• Carefully place the middle and upper blades onto the
lower one and turn the latter anticlockwise until the

CAUTION!
The blades are very sharp! Only ever
touch them on the plastic part.
Danger of injury!
• Place the plastic hubs of the blades onto the shaft in
the middle of the glass bowl.
• The three-piece blade set can also be operated wit-
hout the two upper blades. However, the best results
are obtained when all 3 blades are used.

TIP
Many types of food are best shredded in short
bursts. Additionally, interrupt operation regularly
for a short time. In the pauses, you can check to
see if the desired degree of shredding
has already been reached.
Observe the maximum running times.
• Once the desired degree of shredding has been rea-
ched, wait for a moment until the blades have come
to a complete standstill.
• Pull the power plug from the socket.
• Take off the motor unit and the lid.
• Carefully take the blade set out of the glass bowl by
the plastic.
• You can now take the shredded food out of the bowl.
