What to do if my CLOROX Paint Sprayer system will not turn on?
    • R
      Ronald BrownJul 27, 2025
If your CLOROX Paint Sprayer system won't turn on, first verify that the unit is plugged into a working power outlet and that the power switch is depressed to illuminate. If the compressor shuts off suddenly or won’t run while depressing the sprayer trigger, check if the white button (within its clear moisture cover) has popped out, which indicates that the unit’s circuit breaker has tripped or that the compressor has overheated. Power off the machine, look for and clear any obstructions in the ventilation openings, and then press the button in to attempt to power the unit back on. If the problem persists, let the unit sit for 30 minutes to cool down. If it still refuses to restart after a cool down then contact technical service.

To address excessive nozzle dripping in your CLOROX Paint Sprayer: * Inspect the nozzle assembly for damage and faulty parts. If present, contact the Clorox Total 360™ Electrostatic Sprayer support center service department. * Replace the pump tubing if there is damage to the peristaltic pump tubing. * Clean exterior surfaces with solvent (70–90% alcohol) if the exterior sprayer surfaces are dirty.
