FOR YOUR SAFETY
Please read the following safety precaution before servicing the watercooler.
1) Check if an electric leakage occurs in the appliance.
2) To prevent electric shock, unplug prior to servicing.
3) In case of testing with power on, wear rubber gloves to prevent electric shock.
4) When using an instrument or replacing a part for repairing, check it is applied to rated voltage
current and capacity.
5) Prevent water from flowing into electric elements in mechanical parts.
6) When carrying or tilting the appliance, remove all the objects on it.
7) If the cooling cycle is out of order, contact nearest authorized service center for maintenance,
repair and adjustment.

Questions and Answers

What to do if the Clover b9a Water Dispenser compressor does not run?
    • J
      Jody MorganAug 17, 2025
First, ensure the electric power outlet is turned on. If the issue persists, the thermostat may be misadjusted or defective, or the wiring could be faulty; in this case, adjust or replace the thermostat and check the internal wiring, making necessary repairs. Also, check the line voltage, ensuring it's at least 90% of the minimum voltage, and replace the overload protector if it's defective. Finally, the starting relay (PTC) or the compressor itself could be defective, requiring replacement.

Why is my Clover Water Dispenser running constantly but the water is adequately chilled?
    • S
      Sarah TrujilloAug 20, 2025
This issue may be due to poor ventilation or a dirty condenser. Ensure a minimum side and rear clearance of 4 inches and clean the condenser, or relocate the unit to prevent restriction. Alternatively, the thermostat could be defective, requiring replacement or adjustment.

How to fix a Clover b9a when the hot water is not hot?
    • M
      Michael GloverAug 23, 2025
First, check if the hot water switch is turned on. If it is on, inspect for any loose or broken wire connections in the hot water system and repair them as needed, replacing the hot control if it's defective. Also, verify if the heat limiter is on and push the reset button. If the issue continues, the hot tank heater may be defective and require replacement.

What to do if the hot water from my Clover b9a Water Dispenser is not hot enough?
    • C
      Calvin NewmanAug 26, 2025
The issue might be that the usage of the hot water system exceeds its maximum capacity. Also, the hot control may be defective, requiring replacement.

Why does the hot water flow slowly or not at all from my Clover b9a Water Dispenser?
    • V
      Valerie MorganAug 28, 2025
Hot water flow is designed to flow slowly than cold and cook water to prevent splashing. If that is not the case, the faucet may be defective and need replacement. Another possible cause is that the hot tank is plugged with mineral deposits, requiring you to de-lime the tank.

    Matthew BuckAug 31, 2025
Why is the hot tank in my Clover b9a noisy?
    • H
      Henry MorrowAug 31, 2025
A slight boiling sound is normal during the heating cycle. However, if the noise is excessive, the hot tank heater might be caked with mineral deposits, requiring you to de-lime the tank.

What causes excessive noise from my Clover b9a, even though it operates normally?
    • H
      Holly RhodesSep 2, 2025
Ensure the cooler is level and placed on an even surface. Check the tubing inside the cooler to make sure it is not touching other parts, causing vibration, and completely connect the fixed screws. If these steps don't resolve the noise, the compressor's operation may be inherently noisy, which is a normal operating sound.

Why does water drip from the faucet of my Clover Water Dispenser?
    • Z
      zscottSep 6, 2025
The faucet body packing and spring may be defective. Try pressing down the faucet lever several times. If the dripping continues, replace the faucet assembly.

What causes water to drip from the dual float valves in my Clover b9a Water Dispenser?
    • F
      Francis JohnsSep 8, 2025
The dual float valves elbow union may be defective, requiring replacement. Alternatively, the dual float valve’s packing could be defective, or the cold water piping might be defective, so replace the dual float valves packing and properly connect or replace the cold water piping.

Why is the water flow slow from all faucets on my Clover b9a Water Dispenser?
    • S
      srichardsonSep 12, 2025
If you've recently taken a large draw or series of draws, wait until the cold water tank is filled with water. This is due to the inherent restriction of the Non-Spill System. Also, check if the air filter is wet; if so, allow it to dry, and airflow should gradually return to normal.
