Why does the brake pedal go to the floor on my Club Car Pioneer 1200?

If the pedal on your Club Car Utility Vehicle goes to the floor, it could be due to several reasons. There might be excessive clearance between the drums and shoe linings, which requires performing specific steps for front and rear wheel brake drum installation. The automatic adjusters might not be working, in which case you should make several forward and reverse brake stops; if the pedal doesn't improve, replace the adjusters. Other potential causes include bent or distorted brake shoes (replace them), a leak in the hydraulic system (check and replace damaged parts), air in the system, a weak brake hose (replace it), or an improperly adjusted master cylinder push rod, which requires adjustment.
