Things to consider:
• Other wireless equipment using thesame frequency band can
reduce thetransmissionrange.
• Therange of all wireless equipment depends on thetype of
obstacles located between thetransmitter and thereceiver
(e.g. aconcrete wall will interfere with thesignal more than
aplasterboard wall).
If you experience problems, try thefollowing:
• Turn off any other existing wireless equipment to check whether
this is thecause of theproblem.
• Reposition thewireless equipment, shorten thedistance between
thetransmitter and thereceiver or reduce thenumber of obstacles
(walls, furniture,etc.) betweenthem.

5. Fasten thepush button back
onto theswitch module.
Care and maintenance
• Clean theexterior of thewall switch by wiping it with adampcloth.
Useonly mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Remove thebattery and store thewall switch out of reach of
children if it is not to be used for alongtime.
Changing the battery
1. Remove thepush button from theswitch module.
2. Remove theold battery and insert anew one (1×CR2032). Insert
thebattery with the (+) facingyou.
3. Refit thepush button.
Troubleshooting guide
Thewall switch
does notwork.
• Check thebattery and replace it if necessary.
• Is thewall switch paired with thereceiver as
describedabove? Trypairing themagain.
• Check that thedevice (e.g. light) which is
connected to thereceiver is switched on and
not faulty.
• Is thewall switch too far from thereceiver?
• Is thesignal being blocked by furniture or
furnishings?
Responsible disposal
1. Remove thepush
button and frame from
theswitch module.
3. Remove theplastic tab
to activate thebattery.
2. Mount theswitch in thedesired
location using theincluded screws.
Note: Itis important that theswitch
is theright way up, refer to theUP
mark on theswitch.
4. Fasten theframe back
onto theswitch module.

Operating instructions
Pairing the switch with a receiver
1. Make sure that thereceiver that
you are going to use thewall
switch with is ready to be paired
(refer to theuser manual of
thereceiver).
2. Switch thewall switch to [ ON ].
Operating a dimmer receiver
If thereceiver you are using is dimmable, you can use thewall switch
to dim thelight connected to thereceiver. Whattodo:
3. Switch thelight on by pressing [ ON ] on thewall switch.
4. Press [ ON ] on again to cause thelight level to alternately increase
and decrease.
5. Press [ ON ] once again when thedesired light level has been reached.
Deleting a receiver from the remote control
1. Make sure that thereceiver that you wish to delete from thewall
switch is in thecorrect mode for removing devices (refer to
themanual of thereceiver).
2. Switch thewall switch to [ OFF ].
