Warranty
Thisunitcomeswitha1YEAR(warrantyperiod)
limitedmanufacturer’swarranty,startingfromthe
datetheunitwasshippedtothebuyer.Duringthis
periodoftime,CO2Meter.comwarrantsour
productstobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsand
workmanshipwhenusedfortheirintended
purposeandagrees
tofixorreplace(atour
discretion)anypartorproductthatfailsunder
normaluse.
Totak eadvantageofthiswarranty,theproduct
mustbereturnedtoCO2Meter.comatyour
expense.If,afterexamination,wedeterminethe
productisdefective,wewillrepairorreplaceitat
noadditional
costtoyou.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcoveranypro ductsthat
havebeensubjectedtomisuse,neglect,accident,
modificationsorrepairsbyyouorbyathirdparty.
NoemployeeorresellerofCO2Meter.com’s
productsmayalterthiswarrantyverballyorin
writing.
Returns
Iftheproductfailsundernormal
useduringthe
warrantyperiod,anRMA(ReturnMaterial
Authorization)numbermustbeobtainedfrom
CO2Meter.com.Aftertheitemisreceived,
CO2Meter.comwillrepairorreplacetheitemat
ourdiscretion.

Ifwedeterminethattheproductfaileddueto

electricaldamageetc.)orabuse,orifitisbeyond
thewarrantyperiod,wewillinformyouofthecost
tofix
orreplaceyourdevice.
Ifyouarereturningyourdeviceduetoawarranty
claim(withanRMAnumber)andyoustillhavethe
unitoriginalpackage,pleaseuseittoshipyour
unittous.Pleasemakesuretoincludethe
providedRMAnumberontheoutsideofthe
box,
preferablyontheshippinglabel.Makesureyou
securetheunitinsidethepackageproperlyto
preventanydamageduringtransitthatcouldvoid

otherindirectdamagesastheresultofuseofour
