attached

5. FCC Rules require
that
ALL transmitter adjustments
other
than those
supplied
by
the manufacturer
as
front panel operating controls, be made
by,
or
under the supervision of, the holder
of
an FCC-issued
lst
or
2nd Class
Radio Operator License.
6. Replacement or substitution,
of
crystals. transistors, regular diodes or any
other
part
of
a unique nature. with parts
other
than those recommended
by
Dynascan, may cause violation
of
the technical regulations
of
Part 95
of
the
FCC Rules,
or
violation
of
the Type Acceptance requirements
