Cleaning the dispense
heads (continued)
You will need:
Clean Coca-Cola glass
A temperature probe/thermometer
Pour the first drink and discard it
Pour a second drink and test for a
temperature of <5ᵒC
Pour a third drink and check for taste
and carbonation.
Wipe over the covers and
display with a damp cloth
making sure that power is
switched off.
Refit the drip tray and cup rest
Note:
Allow systems to stabilise and
cool for at least 4 hours before
moving to step 10

Dry with the paper towel and replace
diffusers and nozzles
Clean under the valves with a brush
Repeat for all heads
