Shutting Down Your Post Mix System
If you are unable to complete a weekly pour to maintain the system
Back End - Cellar Equipment
Clean nozzles,
diffusers & drip trays
in line with the
cleaning guide
Clean the valves,
refit nozzles &
diffusers. Do not
leave to soak in
water
Front End – Tower or Head
Turn off the water
supply to the post
mix equipment
Turn off the CO2
supply to the
equipment
Turn off the
equipment at the
electrical supply
