Pairing and connecting the
sound processor
3. Your sound processor will be listed
under Available devices (g. 4). If your
sound processor does not appear,
restart it and also tap ‘Scan’ in the
top-right corner of your smartphone
screen (g. 5).
4. Tap on the name of your sound
processor in the list to establish a
connection (g. 6).
5. The smartphone will pair and connect
to the sound processor (g. 7).
Unpairing your sound
processor
To remove a previously paired sound
processor from your smartphone,
go to Settings > Bluetooth and tap
on the cog wheel next to your sound
processor (g 7).
In the bottom-right corner of
the screen that opens up (g. 8),
tap to ‘Unpair’.
Your device will still show in the list
of available Bluetooth devices.
To pair to it again, simply tap it.
To clear the list of available devices,
turn Bluetooth o, then on.
