What to do if Code 3 Speaker System has no output, but siren amplifier makes noise?

      Michael MedinaAug 8, 2025
If your Code 3 Speaker System has no output and the siren amplifier is making noise, it could be due to an open circuit in the speaker wiring. Check the connections at both the amplifier and siren amplifier. Alternatively, the drivers might be defective. Check the resistance across the speaker wires (it should be 3.8 ohms), and replace the drivers if necessary.

Why is the output low from my Code 3 FM100C?
    • S
      Stacy ThomasAug 23, 2025
If you are experiencing low output from your Code 3 Speaker System, it could be due to low output voltage from the amplifier. Please refer to the siren amplifier owner's manual for troubleshooting steps. Another potential cause is dual speakers not being connected in phase. Refer to the speaker wiring instructions in the manual to ensure they are correctly wired.
