Install front fork assembly using the 10mm steering bolt, washers, and lock nut in specified order.
Orient front tire with arrow forward, then insert axle bolt with washers through forks and wheel.
Fill the engine crankcase with SAE 10W-30 oil to the brim of the fill hole (.63qt/0.6L).
Perform pre-ride checks on steering, brakes, tires, fuel, throttle, engine stop switch, oil, chain, and general condition.
Follow steps: fuel valve ON, cold choke ON (if needed), ON/OFF switch ON, pull starter cord, then set choke to OFF when warm.
