Warranty policy
COMEN provides 24 months warranty for the devices (main unit) and 6 months warranty for the
accessories, free of charge.
The warranty period begins from the date products are shipped to customer.

COMEN provides paid extended warranty service for sold products. The contract should be
signed together with the sales contract of the products. Please refer to the contract:
