  Your Comfee Air Conditioner might not be turning on due to a few reasons. Firstly, the unit has a 3-minute protection feature to prevent overloading, so it cannot be restarted within three minutes of being turned off. Wait for three minutes before trying again. Also, if the Operation light and PRE-DEF indicators are lit (on Cooling and Heating Models), or if the “Fan Only” indicator is lit (on Cooling-only Models), the unit is likely defrosting because the outdoor temperature is too cold. Allow the unit to defrost before operating.
