Television Interference
Your
Amiga
generates
and
uses
radio
frequency
energy.
If
it
not
installed
and
used
properly,
that
is,
in
strict
accordance
with
the
instructions
in this
manual,
it
may
cause
interference
to
radio
and
television
reception.
The
Amiga
has
been
certified
to
comply
with
the
limits for a Class B
computing
device,
pursuant
to
subpart
J of
Part
15 of
the
Federal
Communication
Commission's
rules,
which
are
designed
to
provide
reasonable
protection
against
radio
and
television
interference
in
a
residential
installation.
If
you
suspect
interference,
you
can
test
the
Amiga
by
turning
it off
and
on.
If
the
Amiga
does
cause
interference,
try
the
following:
•
Reorient
the
antenna
or
AC
plug
on
the
radio
or
television.
•
Change
the
relative
positions
of
the
Amiga
and
the
radio
or
television
.
•
Move
the
Amiga
farther
away
from
the
radio
or
television.
• Plug
either
the
Amiga
or
the
radio
or
television
into
a
different
outlet
so
that
the
Amiga
and
the
radio
or
television
are
on
different
circuits
.
