The restore program sets the exit codes in the following manner: Restore exit codes
f0mK) 0 Normal completion
1 No files were found to restore
^^ 3 Terminated by user
' 4 Terminated due to error

information.
>-v Example:
To restore the file investmnt from the backup disk in drive A to Restoring a file
the \irsharpe directory on drive C, type the following:
■ ' restore a: c:\ir5harpe\invest.mnt
/0m. Press the return key to let ms-dos know that the backup disk is in
f ' drive A. Then once ms-dos has restored the file, use the dir or
type command to make sure that the file was restored properly.
