9. TROUBLESHOOTING
Every machine has been scrupulously assembled
and tested at our factory before shipment. Faults
and breakdowns are therefore extremely unlikely.
However, here below you will nd a list of the main
faults and instructions for their solution.
CAUTION! Before trying to solve any
problems, disconnect the machine from the
mains supply.
The motor does not work
Possible causes:
Incorrect type of current.
Damaged cable.
Solutions:
Get a qualied person to check it.
Change the cable.
The blade does not reach the required speed
Possible causes:
Extension too long.
Weak mains supply.
Solutions:
Change the extension.
Get a qualied person to check it.
The machine vibrates too much
Possible causes:
Uneven support surface.
Loose movement fastening.
Solutions:
Reset the surface.
Secure all various movements well.
Many potential sources of error can be
eliminated by means of proper mains elec-
trical supply connection.
10. DISPOSAL
If the machine is to be scrapped,
its parts must be disposed of
separately.
The structure of the cutting-off machines and the
blade are made of steel, while some parts such as
the handle, the casings of the electric motor etc. are
made of polymeric material.
In this regard, divide the materials according to their
type, entrusting specialised and authorised compa-
nies for their disposal, in compliance with the law.
In compliance with Directive 2002/96/EC, it is for-
bidden to dispose of the machine with the normal
household waste.
Contact the dealer for disposal.
Look after the environment!
Dispose of cuttings (chips, shavings, etc.)
in compliance with the regulations in force.
Contact a specialised centre for the collec-
tion of metals.
