TROUBLESHOOTING

Box is not working No electricity in 12/24V car
socket
Ignition must be ON in most cars, so the 12/24V socket is
powered. Try another 12/24V socket.
Box isnt cooling (turned ON). Inner vents, or control unit are
damaged.
This fault must be removed by authorized servis.
12V Power supply (carcig.
lighter): Unit is powered, but
is not working. Unplug the
cord from the plug and do
next steps.
Cigarrete lighter plug is polluted
by ash from cigarretes, causing
bad connection.
If the 12/24 V plug of the cooling appliance is overheating in
the car lighter socket, it has to be cleaned, or 12/24 V socket
was not properly instaled.
The 12/24V plug fuse is
broken.
Change the fuse (5 A) of the 12V plug.
Car cig. lighter fuse is broken. Change the fuse in car for new one (mostly 10 – 15 A, see
your car's documentation).
