  If your Complete Power Tool isn't ejecting staples, several factors could be at play. First, ensure you're using the recommended staples and that they are not abnormal (e.g., large-headed or bent). If incorrect or abnormal staples are the issue, use the recommended staples and remove any abnormal staples. Also, check for any adhesive fragments or wood dust on the Magazine or staple feeder and remove them if present. Finally, if the air pressure is too low, carry out idle driving and check the return of the driver blade.

The causes may include: incorrect or abnormal staples being loaded; a defective Magazine Unit Push lever or feeder; a defective feed spring; a narrow or wide Magazine groove; a worn staple supporting portion of the Magazine; an abnormal staple guide groove of the Blade Guide; adhesive fragment or wood dust sticking on the Magazine or staple feeder; low air pressure; a worn piston ring; a defective piston bumper; a defective bumper piece; a defective O-ring; a defective driver blade; or defect inside cylinder. Check these components and conditions to identify the root cause.

How to fix Complete Power Tool when no staple is ejected?

  If your Complete Power Tool is not ejecting staples, start by checking the staples themselves. Use only recommended staples and remove any that are bent or otherwise abnormal. Next, examine the magazine groove to ensure staples move smoothly. Remove any adhesive fragments or wood dust from the magazine or staple feeder. For issues with the Magazine Unit Push lever, feeder, or feed spring, repair deformed parts or replace defective parts. If the air pressure is too low, carry out idle driving and check the return of the driver blade. Other solutions include replacing the piston ring, piston bumper, bumper piece, or O-ring if they are defective. Finally, replace the driver blade if it is defective and remove any adhesive fragment or wood dust from inside the cylinder.
