petite brosse de nettoyage. (Remarque : les
lames de cet accessoire ne sont pas amovi-
bles.)

shorter setting and go over your beard
again until you achieve the desired length.
TO TRIM YOUR MUSTACHE
1. For best results, start with a clean,
slightly damp mustache.
2. Comb through your mustache in the
direction it grows.
3. Place the 5-position comb over the
trimmer blades and snap it into position. It
is a good idea to start with the longest trim
setting adjustment. (You
can always go back and
cut your mustache more
closely with a shorter
setting.)
ALWAYS TRIM
YOUR MUSTACHE FROM THE
TOP DOWN
After your mustache has
been trimmed to the
desired length, remove
the 5-way trimming
attachment and, using
the blades only, define
the outline of the bottom
of your mustache.
TO TRIM YOUR EYEBROW
Attach the 3/8" trimmer head and then the
eyebrow comb to 3/8"
angled attachment. This
comb has two positions.
At first, use the longest
trim setting (you can
always go back and
make your eyebrows a
little shorter). Slide the
eyebrow comb over the attachment until it
sits securely in position.
Starting from the center
of your brow, use
smooth even strokes.
Never attempt to trim
against the natural
growth of your eyebrow,
because the hair will be
cut too short. With the comb removed, you
can shape and define your eyebrow. Move
the unit slowly so as not to cut any hairs you
do not intend to trim.
TO TRIM YOUR NOSE HAIR
Attach the 1/4" trimmer head to the trimmer
handle. Turn unit on.
Gently insert trimmer
head into nostril. Gently
move trimmer in and out
of the nostril as you
rotate the trimmer in a
circular motion around
the nostril opening.
Avoid inserting the trimmer more than 1" to
ensure safe trimming.
TO TRIM YOUR EAR HAIR
Attach the 1/4" trimmer
head to the trimmer han-
dle. Turn unit on. Gently
insert trimmer head no
more than 1" into outer
ear canal. Gently move
trimmer in and out of the
outer ear and rotate trimmer in a circular
motion around the ear canal opening. Guide
the trimmer around the outer surface of ear
to trim protruding hairs. Never insert trim-
mer more than 1" into ear canal.

TAKING CARE
OF YOUR TRIMMER
BLADE CARE
Because the trimmer blades are precision
made for a very special use, they should
always be handled with care. Each time you
finish using the trimmer, take the cleaning
brush provided and brush away any loose
hair that has collected in the blades. Then
store the trimmer in its storage stand until
the next use.
To Clean The 3/4" Trimmer
Hold attachment firmly,
using your thumb. Push
gently upward on blade.

Conair will repair or replace (at our option)
your unit free of charge for 24 months from
the date of purchase if the appliance is
defective in workmanship or materials.
To obtain service under this warranty, return
the defective product to the service centre
listed below that is nearest you, together with
your purchase receipt and $7.50 for postage
and handling. In the absence of a purchase
receipt, the warranty period shall be 24
months from the date of manufacture.

To Clean The 3/8" Attachment
Hold attachment firmly,
using your thumb. Push
small latch down to
release blade assembly.
Gently push away and
lift up blade assembly.
Brush away any loose
hair with cleaning brush provided. To
replace blade assembly, realign with small
latch and slide blade into place. Push latch
upward to lock blade into position.
To Clean The 1/4" Detail Trimmer
Gently brush away any
loose hair with cleaning
brush provided. (Note:
the blades on this
attachment are not
removable.)
To promote the long life of the appliance,
use your trimmer only for the purpose
intended by the manufacturer.
TAILLER LA MOUSTACHE
1. Pour de meilleurs résultats, débutez avec
une moustache propre et un peu humide.
2. Peignez la moustache dans le sens de la

TAILLEZ TOUJOURS LA
MOUSTACHE DE HAUT EN BAS
Une fois la moustache
taillée de la longueur
voulue, enlevez le peigne
à 5 positions et, avec les
lames seulement,
définissez le contour du
bas de la moustache.
TAILLER LES SOURCILS
Posez la tête 3/8 po puis
le peigne à sourcils. Ce
peigne offre deux posi-
tions. Au départ, utilisez
le réglage le plus long
(vous pouvez toujours
faire une deuxième
passe pour raccourcir les sourcils). Enfilez
le peigne à sourcils sur la tête jusqu’à ce
qu’il s’enclenche bien. Partez du centre du
sourcil et procédez à coups doux et uni-
formes. Ne taillez jamais
à contre-poil sinon vos
sourcils seront très
courts. Enlevez le peigne
puis taillez et définissez
la forme du sourcil.
Déplacez la tondeuse
lentement pour tailler avec plus de préci-
sion.
TAILLER LES POILS DE NEZ
Posez la tête de 1/4 po
sur la tondeuse. Mettez-
la en marche. Insérez
lentement la tête dans la
na-rine. Déplacez la ton-
deuse lentement, dans
un mouvement circulaire
sur le tour de la narine. Évitez d’insérer la
tondeuse plus d’un pouce dans la narine
pour ne pas vous blesser.
TAILLER LES POILS D’OREILLE
Posez la tête de 1/4 po
sur la tondeuse. Mettez-
la en marche. Insérez
lentement la tête dans le
canal auriculaire
extérieur. Déplacez la
tondeuse lentement,
dans un mouvement circulaire sur le tour du
canal auriculaire. Guidez la tondeuse sur la
surface externe de l’oreille pour couper les
poils. Évitez d’insérer la tondeuse plus d’un
pouce dans le canal.

La tondeuse étant un instrument précis ser-
vant à une fin partic-
ulière, elle doit être
manipulée avec soin.
Après chaque usage,
nettoyez les lames avec
la petite brosse de net-
toyage. Rangez ensuite
la tondeuse sur le sup-
port jusqu’à son usage suivant.
Nettoyer la tête 3/4 po
Tenez la tête fermement
du pouce. Poussez déli-
catement vers le haut de
la lame. L’ensemble
articulé bascule vers le
haut. Brossez les poils
avec la brosse de nettoy-
age. Réenclenchez la lame en place.
Nettoyer la tête 3/8 po
Tenez la tête fermement avec le pouce.
Poussez le petit loquet pour dégager la
