Assembly Instructions
Tier: Straight Module
Components & Fixing Kit
Tier Straight module requires at least 2 people to build and assemble. Tier Angled module will always be
supplied with the following components:
• Front straight module
• Central straight module
• Rear straight module
• 3x seat cushions
• Symmetrical straight module metal under-frame
• 2x 1000mm bracket
• Fixing kit
• M6x30 furniture bolts (seat pads)
• M6x40 furniture bolts
• Woodscrews (brackets)
If carpet tiles are specified, this will be additionally
supplied. These will need to be cut down on site and
secured through adhesive to Tier modules.
1. Face seat pads over straight
modules. Each seat pad can
be attached to any straight
module. Secure each seat
pad in place with 6x M6x30
furniture bolts from underside
of modules.
2. Connect 1000mm metal
bracket to small cut out
on front of the rear angled
module. Lift widest section
of metal bracket into cut-
out halfway. Then drop the
smallest run of the bracket
onto the edge to secure
and then centralise. Use 3x
woodscrews to secure in place.
See step 5 for how brackets
should be inserted.
3. Once bracket is secured,
lift the rear straight module
onto one of the ends of the
symmetrical metal under-
frame, with the smallest
cut-out facing inwards to the
frame. Ensure that frame sits
on top of cut out grooves to
secure module, as shown.
4. Lift the central straight module
and place on first 1000mm
bracket, which is attached
to rear central module, and
place on straight module metal
under-frame. Ensure that
frame sits on top of cut out
grooves to secure module.
