  • Secure Access: The integrated fingerprint scanner (3) offers a convenient and secure method for unlocking the device.
  • Handsfree/Handset Mode Switching: A short press of the dial button (5) allows for easy toggling between handsfree and handset modes during calls.
  • SIM and TF Card Installation: The device features a user-friendly installation process for SIM and TF cards. To install, the back cover is opened by turning a screw counterclockwise. SIM1 and SIM2 covers slide to the right to unlock, allowing placement of SIM cards, then slide left to lock. The TF card slot has its own cover; after opening, the TF card is placed, and the cover is closed to lock. It is crucial to perform these steps with the device powered off.
  • Water Resistance Preparation: Before exposing the device to water, all ports and connections, especially the USB port, must be firmly closed. Users should also check that the inner waterproof ring is in good condition before installing the battery cover and tightening the two screws clockwise. This ensures the device maintains its waterproof performance.
  • Screen Protector: It is recommended to use a screen protector that does not block the light sensor to ensure normal operation.

Maintenance Features:

  • Cleaning Contacts: If the magnetic charger or dock charger is not working, users should check for dirt or oxidation on the contacts and clean them with a cotton swab and alcohol.
  • Troubleshooting Abnormal Power Consumption: To reduce power consumption, users can dim the screen brightness, turn off GPS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth when not in use. Checking "Battery Usage" in settings helps identify and manage apps consuming excessive power.
  • SIM Card Recognition Issues: If the SIM card is not recognized after proper installation, users can try toggling flight mode on/off or restarting the phone. Cleaning the SIM chip with alcohol and a cotton swab may also resolve the issue.
  • MicroSD Card Issues: If the microSD card is not working, it may have errors. Users can connect the card to a PC via a card reader and format it at least twice. Restarting the phone and reinserting the SD card is then recommended.
  • Mobile Network Registration Issues: If the mobile network is not registering internet access, users should go to "Settings" > "Network & internet" > "Mobile network" > "Mobile data" and switch it on. Alternatively, they can access the shortcut menu, click the signal icon in the upper right corner, and switch on mobile data.
  • Factory Reset: For persistent issues, a factory reset can be performed via "Settings" > "System" > "Advanced" > "Reset options" > "Erase all data (factory reset)." Users are advised to back up all data before performing a factory reset, as it will erase all information on the phone.
  • Water Damage Recovery: In case of water exposure affecting the microphone, speaker, or receiver, users should shake the phone dry to remove water from the membrane and use a hairdryer to quickly dry excess water to restore normal volume.
  • App Crashes/Freezes/Recharge Issues/Frequent Restarts: A quick restart of the phone often resolves minor issues. The power button on the right side of the phone can be used for this purpose.
  • General Safety:
    • Use only official original accessories to prevent damage.
    • Avoid prolonged contact between the mobile phone and magnetic stripe cards to prevent demagnetization.
    • Do not expose the phone to strong sunlight to avoid overheating.
    • Do not connect unauthorized equipment.
    • Do not disassemble the phone.
    • Avoid placing the phone under high temperatures or throwing it into fire to prevent explosions.
    • The phone's waterproof performance may be compromised after a destructive fall.
    • After taking the device out of water, the speaker and receiver must be completely dry before use to ensure optimal audio experience.
  • Traffic Safety:
    • Do not use the phone while driving and adhere to traffic laws.
    • Do not place the phone near or inside the area covered by a car's airbag.
    • Comply with airline regulations; do not use the phone where forbidden, and turn it off if necessary.
  • Medical Safety:
    • Mobile phone radio waves may affect medical devices like pacemakers, cochlear implants, and hearing aids. Maintain a distance of at least 20 cm between the phone and such devices. Consult device manufacturers for specific restrictions.
