      If the loop output level on your Contacta Hearing Aid indicates current is flowing, but you hear nothing in the loop, it could be due to a shorted feeder cable. Check the feeder cable, although the hearing loop driver will usually refuse to tune to shorted feeder. Another possibility is that the loop listener is not working or is being used too far from the loop; in that case, check the listener and location.
