Mounng the Monitor
1) Select a locaon allowing 2” space between monitor and walls, cabinets, or other objects to allow adequate air circulaon
around it. Avoid enclosed spaces, areas with excessive vibraon or subject it to severe impacts.
2) Never use this device in environments with excessive moisture, dust or smoke. Do not place cables where they may be
pinched or stepped on. Monitor is not designed to be waterproof.
3) The device may be powered by a 12 or 24 volt automove baery or vehicle electrical system.
4) Make sure all cables are connected properly, observe polarity. Improper cable connecons may damage the monitor. Remove
the power cable connecons when you do not intend to use the unit.
Installaon Notes: Trigger wire funcon
Cycle between either CAM 1, CAM 2, CAM 3, CAM 4. When the trigger wire is energized, the monitor automacally switches
to view THAT Camera. When voltage is removed from the trigger wire, monitor returns to previous view. The Monitor only
has one RF receiver, so it can only view one wireless camera image at a me.
If the monitor is o, when the trigger wire is energized, the monitor will turn on to show THAT Camera. This safety feature is
parcularly useful for night driving, as the monitor light can be distracng to the operator.
To get the camera into Pairing Modehold the Pairing buon 6 seconds. Hold the Pairbuon on the M7204RF 3 seconds.
The monitor will start counng down from 50 sec, and when it nds and pairs with the camera, you will see SAVE DATAon
the screen, then the picture from the camera.
M7204RF Harness:
Red and Black—Power (12-24VDC) and Ground
Green—Trigger Wire for Channel 1
White—Trigger Wire for Channel 2
Yellow—Trigger Wire for Channel 3
Blue—Trigger Wire for Channel 4
