PROBLEM SOLUTION
Machine shows E5. Check whether the protective cover is properly installed
in the bean box. After the protective cover is properly
installed, reinsert the power supply after the power is
powered off.
Machine shows E6. Check that the filter cup is properly assembled.
The coffee taste very weak. 1. Check whether there are enough coffee beans in the
bean box.
2. Check whether the powder delivery channel is
blocked.
3. Check if the amount of water in the tank does not
match the selected amount of cups.
No coffee. 1. Check the water tank for water.
2. Use the original coffee pot.
The machine does not grind the
beans.
Check whether the bean grinding function is selected
on the panel.
More coffee powder in the
coffee liquid.
Whether there is a filter in the filter cup.
