  If your CookTek cooktop suddenly stops heating, consider the following: * Ensure proper voltage/power levels to avoid a power brown out. * Make sure the cooktop isn't sharing a circuit with other electrical devices. * Check air vents to ensure they aren't blocked and that there's sufficient airflow around the appliance. * If an empty pan was left on the cooktop surface while the unit was working at full power, the safety shut-off may have engaged. Clear the cooktop surface and wait 15-20 minutes for the unit to reset.
