General Maintenance

Air Flow and Ambient Temperature

Avoid ambient temperatures exceeding 50°C/122°F and ensure airflow to vents.

General Operation

Plug into grounded receptacle; models run on 100-120VAC or 200-240VAC.

What to Do

Steps to turn unit ON, select Power Cook setting (1-20), and turn unit OFF.

COOKING IN TEMPERATURE MODE (COOKTOPS ONLY)

Temperature Mode Operation

Steps to turn ON, place cookware, select temperature, and turn OFF the unit.

Temperature Mode monitors the bottom of the pan

Monitors pan temp; unit enters "Sleep Mode" if unattended for 5+ minutes.

GLASS BOWL WOK UNITS

Wok operation is similar to the standard cooktop operation

Fan continues to run after power off; control knob selects relative cooking level 1-20.

CARE & CLEANING

Turn off, unplug, wipe with damp cloth, use mild cleaners, never immerse in water.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

GREASE FILTER MAINTENANCE

Frequency

Clean grease filters every two weeks or as needed for optimal performance.

Procedure

Slide out, back flush with hot water, dry completely, and reinstall.

Caution

Do not operate without filters; E4 error may indicate a clogged filter.
